My mom has been a patient here for a long time. She has a really bad toothache, and even though she already had an appointment, she called to let the staff know about her increase of pain and her worries. The staff told her to not come in to her appointment and to wait until Thursday. It was Monday when my mom made the call. She has been in a lot of pain, and I'm upset at how they handled it. Ana Dotson is amazing, but she needs to talk to her staff about customer service and empathy.
