Got my haircut and asked for a 2 on the upper sides and a 1 on the lower and blend it all in. I didn't see it there at the shop, but when I got home I seen that the guy who cut my hair gapped me. I called the place back, and told them I live 40 miles away and I have to get my hair fixed now. They said I could come back tomorrow but I said I couldn't because my babysitters had to leave as soon as I got off work. I had no time plus I need my hair fixed today. They said " Sorry sir, we don't give refunds." I said I'm in a bind here. They said the same thing. Btw, the guy who cut my hair was the manager. I told them, " Well, I'm done with y'all, I need it fixed right now because its gapped and we can't figure out a solution." My haircut cost me $20 with a tip and I'm up a creek. My advice is don't go there because of the fact they didn't care about what happened and if you do, check your hair from all angles in different light before before you leave.
I stopped in this morning to get a pixie cut, the ladies were very nice to me and my kids, but when I got home and washed and dried my hair, you can clearly see that my hair is not blended in well. My hair looks chopped from one extreme layer to the other. I even showed her an exact picture of how I wanted it and explained in detail to her when she asked a question. I won't be going back.
I'm usually very nervous when I get haircuts and I can almost always find things wrong after. I've gotten my hair cut by Marlina the last couple of times and I've been extremely satisfied- probably the best haircuts I've gotten. Her name tag should say "Fade Queen". She definitely deserves a raise!
Asked for an all over color and 2 inch trim.. what I got was spotty color that looks like cheetah spots and the most uneven cut I've ever had. Two women worked on my hair at the same time while also cutting other people's hair. In the rush of things, I feel like I got the short end of the stick. I normally go to a different place to get my hair done, but since I just needed something simple I figured why not just stop here.. worst mistake. The right side of my head is about an inch shorter than the left and since I went from a lighter color to dark, you can really see all the spots that were missed. When I brought it up, she said it was because my hair was so light before and it just wouldn't take the color. No, spots were just literally left untouched. Now I'm out almost $70 and will be out even more money to get it fixed... awesome.
