oh, i am also gonna point out that everytime when i call to make an appointment it takes a few weeks or even MONTHS because they are always full! paste up yalls speeds, & when i come in ..it takes like an hour or so before i get seen then wait in the room for almost an hour. very rare that i get in then right back out ! get yalls crap straightned out. thank you
I saw Dr Butler, she was very nice and listened intently to me and helped a lot! The staff could be nicer, but I was impressed with the price and the fact that when I call to speak to a nurse, the Dr herself returns my calls! I had seizures and I was lucky to finally find someone that knew the right medication right away for me
I called to ask if they took walk ins, the receptionist told me yes on Friday mornings only. I told her I have the four year old that I needed to get seen now with fever, a bad cough, and flush face, she told me no we can't see him right now they're only taking appointments and have no opening today. I told her I thought this was a walk in clinic she said it's only walk in on Friday mornings. How can this place to be a walk in clinic only on Friday mornings that sounds like u need to make an appointment to b a walk in to me. And people wonder y people end up using the er as a clinic!
My wife went to the er on a Tuesday with chest pains the er Dr said she was to follow with a cardiologist by the end of the week we called her Dr for a refferial they said she would hafe to come in to be seen by the Dr first and gave us appointment and only wanted us to wait three whole weeks.yea thanks health and wellness somebody with chest problems can wait were still holding are breath you really need to be closed down
okay, so yesterday i have called and ask if my results are in and the lady up front ( can't remeber her name) told me yes they were and that she has not reveiwed it yet and she will give me a call! i have called twice and still got the same response. i have also called today and this lady said that she hasnt got the results and when she does she will give me call! honeslty, this is bullshit ... so what is it? i have them or what?
Was going to Stigler, for 8-9 years. My doctor left. Tried to stay but seemed like every three months I'd get a new doctor that wanted to mess with my meds. Decided to try sallisaw's office, even after hearing bad things. The doctor I have now is a gem! She tells it like it is, holds nothing back. Doesn't sugar coat. I like that. But can also joke around. I've had one long wait in the 2 years I've been going because another person came in having sever chest pains and they had to call EMS.
